Taria Pay screens where the money behind every payment comes from. If it is directly or indirectly linked to an entity on the sanctioned entities list, such as HTX, BitPapa or EXMO, the payment will be refused or frozen and will not go through, and any loss is the payer's own responsibility. What counts as linked, how to pay safely, what to do if a payment is frozen, and the full list.
Before you pay
Taria Pay screens where the money behind every payment comes from. If it is directly or indirectly linked to an entity on this list, such as HTX, BitPapa or EXMO, the payment will be refused or frozen and will not go through. Any loss that results is the payer's own responsibility.
This applies whether you connect a wallet or send a transfer to the payment address.
What counts as linked
Money that came from a listed entity counts as linked, however many times it has moved since. The blockchain keeps a record of where money came from, so moving it to another wallet does not break the link. Common cases:
- Withdrawing from your HTX (or other listed) account straight to the payment address.
- Withdrawing from one of these entities to your own wallet first, then paying from that wallet.
- Money that passed through one of these entities, for example deposited to EXMO and sent out again.
- Money someone else sent you from one of these entities.

How to pay safely
- Pay from another exchange, or with money in your own wallet that you know has nothing to do with this list.
- Not sure where the money came from? Ask support on the checkout or order page first, and pay once it is confirmed.
If your payment is frozen
- Don't pay again. Money from the same source will get the same result.
- Contact support from your order page. Include your Payment ID and the transaction hash, and say where the money came from.
- A person will handle your case. Whether the money can be released or returned depends on the case, and we can't promise either in advance. Even if it is returned, it will not be sent to a listed entity's address.
- Anyone who asks for your recovery phrase, or asks you to send more money to unfreeze a payment, is a scammer.

About this list
In effect from 1 January 2026 and updated from time to time. Some names come from official US, UK or EU sanctions lists; others are restricted by Taria Pay itself. Being listed is not a finding that anyone broke the law. Separately, Tether and Circle, the issuers of USDT and USDC, can freeze an address on their own. Those freezes have nothing to do with Taria Pay, and only the issuer can lift them.
FAQ
I withdrew from HTX to my own wallet. Can I pay from that wallet?
No. Moving money to another wallet does not change where it came from, so the payment will still be refused or frozen, and any loss is yours. Pay from another exchange, or with money you know has nothing to do with this list.
I'm not sure where the money in my wallet came from. What should I do?
Don't pay yet. Ask support on the checkout or order page, and pay once you know it's fine.
My payment was frozen. Can I get the money back?
It depends on the case, and we can't promise anything in advance. Contact support from your order page with your Payment ID and transaction hash, and a person will handle it. Don't pay again, and ignore anyone who asks you to send more money to unfreeze it.
