Using Taria Pay
You are responsible for the accuracy of the account, merchant, wallet, product, order, and integration information you provide.
You must use the service only for lawful business activity and must not attempt to bypass security, abuse infrastructure, or process prohibited transactions.
Stablecoin payments
Digital asset transactions may be irreversible once confirmed on-chain. Network availability, gas fees, confirmation times, token support, and settlement behavior can vary by chain.
Taria Pay may reject unsupported assets, unsupported networks, malformed payment requests, duplicate order references, or activity that creates security, compliance, or operational risk.
Merchant responsibilities
Merchants are responsible for their own buyer terms, refund rules, product delivery, taxes, compliance obligations, and customer communications.
Keep API keys, webhook secrets, dashboard sessions, and wallet credentials confidential. Tell us promptly if you believe a credential or integration has been compromised.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. We work to keep payment infrastructure reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Taria Pay is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
