Telegram Premium listings can be fulfilled as an account top-up by the merchant or as a redeemable activation code when the listing supports code delivery.

For account top-ups, enter the Telegram username or user ID before payment so the merchant can apply the membership. For code listings, redeem the delivered activation code in Telegram or through the issuer's supported flow.
