Refund policy

Taria Gift protects users when a product is invalid or fulfillment fails. Valid delivered products are generally final because gift card codes are digital goods.

100% invalid-product guarantee

If a delivered gift card code is invalid, already redeemed before delivery, or cannot be used because of a product-side issue, Taria Gift will refund the order after review.

Failed fulfillment

If an auto-delivery listing cannot reveal a code, or a merchant-fulfilled listing is not completed, the order is eligible for refund or replacement depending on inventory availability.

Region and user mistakes

Gift cards are often region-specific. Purchases may not be refundable when the delivered code is valid but the user selected the wrong region, currency, account country, or product type.

Duplicate or failed payments

If the same checkout is paid more than once, or a payment succeeds while the order cannot be created, support will review the transaction hash and refund eligible duplicate or failed-order payments.

Before you request a refund

  • Confirm the card region and currency match your account.
  • Keep the order ID and payment transaction hash available.
  • Do not share the gift card code publicly while support reviews the case.
