Protection for digital gift card purchases
Taria Gift protects buyers when a delivered product is invalid, fulfillment fails, or payment needs manual review. Valid delivered digital codes are generally final.
Invalid-code refund guarantee
If a delivered code is invalid, already redeemed before delivery, or cannot be used because of a product-side issue, Taria Gift reviews the case for refund eligibility.
Failed fulfillment coverage
If an auto-delivery listing cannot reveal a code, or a merchant-fulfilled listing is not completed, support can review the order for refund or replacement.
Region and currency limits
Gift cards are often region-specific. Valid delivered products may not be refundable when the buyer selected the wrong country, currency, account region, or product type.
